Book editing and design: You’re going through a divorce. Now what?
For this project, the client wanted a giveaway to attract potential clients to her email list. She already had a manuscript with a lot of personality. I edited it and helped her finalize the title for the book.
For the design, she wanted something feminine and uplifting. Her clients are going through a difficult time, and the message of this book is that, even if you’re devastated by the end of your marriage, you can use the experience to create a new life and be happier than you ever were. I came up with the idea of a phoenix rising from the ashes but also hatching out of a broken heart to represent that transformation.
